  • Monsoon (July–September): Risky due to landslides; avoid if possible
  • Winter (October–February): Perfect for snowfall, skiing & honeymoon trips

  • Off-season: February–April (cheaper stays, fewer crowds)

How to Reach
  • By Train: Nearest railway station - Joginder Nagar (163 km) but not well connected. Better option: Chandigarh or Pathankot.
  • By Road: Overnight Volvo buses from Delhi, Chandigarh & Shimla.
  • By Air: Nearest airport - Bhuntar (50 km) (limited flights, better to take a bus/taxi from Chandigarh).

Local Transport: Auto-rickshaws, cabs, rented bikes, and walking in Mall Road area
