Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any accepted method on our platform. TravBuff reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within the specified time.
Cancellation policies vary by service and supplier. Clients are advised to review specific policies at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on supplier terms and may include processing fees. TravBuff is not liable for refunds or compensations caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes). Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for amendments must be communicated in writing.
TravBuff acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers. We are not responsible for actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of suppliers. TravBuff is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel.
TravBuff strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
Clients should report any service-related issues promptly to TravBuff. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the Delhi jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
TravBuff reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
